# I can’t get into my Autopilot workspace

Understand why access is blocked and what to do next.

Your organisation may require you to connect through an approved office network or company VPN before you can open its workspaces.

## You’re not on an approved network

Connect to your organisation’s office network or approved company VPN, then select **Try again**. A personal VPN is only suitable if your organisation has approved its public exit address.

If you are already connected, ask your organisation administrator or IT team to check whether your current connection is approved.

## Couldn’t check network access

Check your internet connection, then select **Try again**. This message means Autopilot could not complete its access check; it does not confirm that your network has been rejected.

## Use another workspace

Select **Switch workspace** to choose another workspace available to your account. The destination’s access rules still apply. You can also **Sign out** and return later.

## Still unable to get in?

Contact your organisation administrator or IT team first. If the whole organisation is locked out, share [Restore access after a network change](/docs/network-access-recovery/) with your organisation administrator or IT team.
