Active sessions

Organisation administrators can sign a member out of Autopilot on all devices without removing their membership or permissions. Open Organisation → Security → Active sessions.

Find a member

Search by name, email or dealership. The page lists active members and shows their organisation or dealership access. If the first 100 matches are shown, refine the search to find the person you need.

This is a member-level sign-out control. It does not list individual devices or show a count of each person’s live sessions.

Sign out all devices

1. Select Sign out all devices beside the member.
2. Check the name and email in the confirmation.
3. Review the effect, then confirm Sign out all devices.
4. Complete Verify identity if prompted and check for the success message.

This ends the member’s existing Autopilot browser sessions on every device, including sessions used for other organisations. Their memberships and permissions stay the same. They can sign in again immediately, subject to the applicable access and authentication requirements.

The action is disabled for your own account on this page. Use your account’s active sessions for your personal session controls.

Choose sign-out, suspension or offboarding

Use sign-out when the member should retain access but needs a fresh sign-in. If they should not be able to sign in and return, use Offboarding to suspend or remove their organisation access.
