# Overview

Find Workbenches in the left sidebar and choose the right view for alerts, deliveries, stock and gross profit.

Use **Workbenches** to review a particular area of dealership work, such as deliveries, shipping, invoicing or alerts. Each opens a dedicated view where you can review the relevant records and use the actions available to your account.

1. Select **Home** in the main navigation to show the Home menu.
2. Scroll within the left sidebar to **Workbenches**.
3. Select the view you need.

You can also open the **Command Center** from the Autopilot button in the bottom-right corner, search for the Workbench you need and select it. The Command Center is available wherever you are in the workspace.

If the sidebar is collapsed, select **Expand sidebar** first. If you are looking at a page-specific menu, return to the Home menu to find the Workbenches list.

## Choose a Workbench

| Workbench | Use it to… |
| --- | --- |
| **Alerts** | Review deals matching the shared and personal alert rules available to you. |
| **Gross profit** | Review GP totals and their breakdowns. |
| **Shipping** | Review vehicles needing transport and their booking progress. |
| **Unscheduled** | Find active sold deals without an estimated delivery date. |
| **Overdue deliveries** | Follow up deals whose estimated delivery date has passed and which are not marked delivered. |
| **GP overrides** | Review deals with a manually entered GP override. |

| **Needs invoicing** | Find in-stock sold deals without an invoice date. |
| **Internal registrations** | Review internally registered stock vehicles and their profiling position. |

This is an overview of where each view fits. The controls and follow-up work differ between Workbenches.

## Read the sidebar counts

Some Workbenches have a number beside their name. This gives you a quick indication of the records counted for that view within your access.

The meaning depends on the Workbench. For example, **Shipping** counts bookings still needed, while **GP overrides** counts overrides attributed to the current month. Open the view and check its filters or selected period before comparing its rows with the sidebar number.

## Work from the relevant view

Open the Workbench, check the period and filters it offers, then review the records that need your attention. Use a record’s link where available to open the underlying deal or stock record.

The Workbenches you can open, the records you can see and the changes you can make depend on your account’s access. Being able to view a record does not necessarily give you permission to edit it.
