Overview

Use Workbenches to review a particular area of dealership work, such as deliveries, shipping, invoicing or alerts. Each opens a dedicated view where you can review the relevant records and use the actions available to your account.

Read the sidebar counts

Some Workbenches have a number beside their name. This gives you a quick indication of the records counted for that view within your access.

The meaning depends on the Workbench. For example, Shipping counts bookings still needed, while GP overrides counts overrides attributed to the current month. Open the view and check its filters or selected period before comparing its rows with the sidebar number.

Work from the relevant view

Open the Workbench, check the period and filters it offers, then review the records that need your attention. Use a record’s link where available to open the underlying deal or stock record.

The Workbenches you can open, the records you can see and the changes you can make depend on your account’s access. Being able to view a record does not necessarily give you permission to edit it.
