Sales Log gross-profit reconciliation

Sales Log gross profit now matches the deal profitability section, with separate total, vehicle, and F&I GP columns.

This bug-fix release aligns Sales Log gross profit with the same calculation used on deal detail profitability.

Sales Log GP now matches deal detail

Sales Log now shows Total GP ex GST as vehicle GP plus F&I GP.

It also includes separate Vehicle GP ex GST and F&I GP ex GST columns, so dealership reporting can see the split Lucas expects without losing the combined total.

Vehicle GP uses the normal deal-math calculation when no override is present, and uses the manager-entered override when a deal has one.

The stored GP values for affected non-override deals were recalculated so Sales Log, reports, and deal detail agree on the same ex-GST numbers.
