Communication template library and reliable transport prompts

Communication templates are simpler to manage, and transport booking prompts now reliably appear for authorised salespeople.

New features

  • Added a Communication template gallery, where an email workflow can be turned on as a Prompt and configured from the library.
  • Added an Overall permissions section for who can send customer-facing emails.

Changes & improvements

  • Email workflows now stay out of the library while Off and appear when set to Prompt or Automatic.
  • New email workflows start Off until a dealership deliberately enables them.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed Book Transport not showing its email review prompt for salespeople when transport settings are deliberately hidden from the Integrations screen.
  • Fixed Communication showing a false Off state or asking for a missing provider email when a valid transport provider was already configured.
