Autopilot Sign and dealership approvals
Send vehicle write-ups for secure electronic signing, manage required signatures, and approve dealership links with clearer organisation controls.

- Send a vehicle write-up to a purchaser or joint purchaser through Autopilot Sign, with email verification and support for typed or drawn signatures.
- Request salesperson and manager signatures on the same write-up, follow each required signer from the deal, and download the original, completed document, or signing certificate.
- Manage organisation dealerships from a dedicated workspace with secure one-use invitation links, optional email delivery, and a second organisation-admin approval before a dealership is connected.
Changes & improvements
- Refined write-up previews and PDF output so deal content fits the selected layout more consistently across on-screen review, printing, and signed copies.
- Expanded organisation settings and dealership views with clearer team access, invitation states, reporting context, targets, and link-review actions.
- Organisation dealership invitations now appear as account-wide notifications, so they remain visible when switching between dealership contexts.
Bug fixes
- Strengthened dealership-link confirmation and notification handling to prevent stale invitations or active-workspace context from obscuring required actions.
- Aligned drawn-signature storage with completed signing evidence so signed write-ups can be finalized reliably.
