Cleaner deal workflows and cancellation controls

Duplicated deals now begin as clean drafts, alongside clearer cancelled-deal controls and safer workflow prompts.

Changes & improvements

  • Duplicating a deal now creates one clean draft and opens it straight away. Customer, vehicle specification, pricing, add-ons, finance and special conditions carry over, while vehicle identifiers, trade-ins, workflow progress, notes, tasks, shipping, invoicing and compliance confirmations start fresh.
  • The Cancelled deals workspace has clearer filters, view controls and restore actions, with sensitive deal details kept within each person’s permissions.

Bug fixes

  • Delivery review prompts now appear only when a deal genuinely changes to Delivered.
  • Withdrawing a cancellation request now checks the same cancellation permission as the rest of the workflow.
