Daily report, rebates, and support chat polish
Daily Sales Report now reads like a dealership worksheet, rebates are organised by estimated delivery month, and support chat has a clearer branded entry point.
Changes & improvements
This release tightens the reporting, rebate, support, dashboard, and finance surfaces that managers use during the day.
Daily Sales Report is easier to read
The Daily Sales Summary is now the Daily Sales Report, with a worksheet-style layout for daily, month-to-date, finance, dealership totals, run-rate, and sales-board figures.
The report now puts vehicle GP, F&I GP, and total GP side by side, so the numbers line up with the reporting basis used elsewhere in Autopilot.
Projection details now show vehicle and finance GP separately by channel, while the header controls wrap cleanly on narrower screens.
Rebates are organised by delivery month
The Rebates workspace now uses estimated delivery month as the default basis and can show all months together instead of forcing month-by-month navigation.
Rebate rows now show stock number and estimated delivery date, group into collapsible delivery-month sections, count multiple rebate sources on the same deal, and include a dedicated N/A filter.
Dashboard rebate widgets now use the same delivery-month framing and show team-wide rebate follow-up totals.
Support chat has a clearer home
Autopilot Support now has a branded avatar across the floating chat panel, full chat page, ticket list, and empty states.
Support is now treated as a stable chat entry in the dock and full chat routes, so old ticket links open the support conversation cleanly and unread counts refresh when support messages are read.
Dashboard and finance polish
Dashboard widget settings popovers now anchor to the tile more reliably, including when the header actions provider is not mounted.
Top performers defaults to six visible rows and uses the widget accent consistently for its background and pointer glow.
Finance add-ons that route to F&I GP can now appear alongside the write-up pricing rows, with inline income, cost, margin, and remove controls for editable finance users.
Cleaner salesperson names
Salespeople, pending members, and House users now resolve through a shared name normaliser across reports, pivots, targets, notes, search, memberships, dashboards, deal detail, and print sheets.
Fallback initials now use a dash instead of a question mark when a real initial is unavailable.
