Faster write-ups and complete joint purchaser details
The write-up is easier to complete with a catalogue vehicle search, a cleaner save flow, and complete customer details for joint purchasers.
New features
- Search the vehicle catalogue by make, model, or variant and apply its vehicle details, pricing, colours, and sales channel directly to a write-up.
- Capture a full joint purchaser profile—including contact, address, identification, and business details—and keep it synchronised with the customer directory.
Changes & improvements
- Refined the write-up into clearer customer, vehicle, pricing, trade-in, and notes sections, with a compact save checklist and a consistent three-step sign-off control.
- Simplified the sticky action bar to Save and Save & print; Cancel remains in the write-up header.
- Business-manager assignment now offers only active team members with the Business manager role.
- Improved promotion matching so manually entered vehicle details can still receive a matching text-based promotion.
Bug fixes
- Self-approved write-ups now record the manager approval milestone correctly.
