Deal-detail pipeline and invite notifications
Deal pages now bring pipeline movement and linked task work together, with clearer existing-account invite handling.
New features
Deal detail pages now include a full pipeline board for the current vehicle. You can see where the deal sits, move it between configured stages when you have the right permissions, and jump back to the full pipeline view when you need the wider team board.
Vehicle tasks can now sit directly inside the deal detail pipeline area. Linked tasks appear beside the deal, keep their assignees and checklist items, and can be moved between To do, In progress, and Done without leaving the deal.
Tasks can now be linked to a deal when they are created from the task board. The create-task flow includes a searchable deal picker, so general tasks and vehicle-specific tasks can be separated cleanly.
Changes & improvements
Task cards now show linked deal context, including the deal number and customer name when available. Linked task changes also refresh the relevant deal page, task board, and calendar surfaces so the same task state follows the user around the app.
Task archive and assignment removal actions now use explicit confirmation dialogs instead of browser prompts, making destructive task actions clearer and more consistent.
Existing Autopilot users who are invited to another dealership now receive an in-app invite notification as well as the email invite. The invite notification follows the user across dealerships and is cleared once the invite is accepted.
Bug fixes
Linked vehicle tasks now follow deal visibility rules more closely, including deals shared through access grants, so task visibility matches the deal access model.
Existing-account dealership invites now use the existing user account instead of creating a duplicate account path, then attach the new dealership membership when the invite is accepted.
