Department access, delivered controls, and dashboard workspace
Adds department-scoped deal access, makes Delivered a first-class progress control, and brings the beta dashboard onto the live dashboard workspace.
New features
- Added department-scoped deal access so dealerships can grant deal visibility and editing by department, including matching row-level security for deals, line items, finance lines, trade-ins, and deal-linked tasks.
- Added Delivered as a system progress and pipeline control across Sales Log cells, context menus, pipeline boards, deal cards, and deal detail views, with customer progress email prompts available from the same flows.
- Brought the beta dashboard through to the real dashboard workspace, including the live widget grid, setup progress, quick navigation back to the welcome panel, and rotating welcome cards.
- Added custom-role assignment support in Team settings so managers can switch a member onto an existing custom role without losing the underlying system-role behavior.
Changes & improvements
- Refreshed the deal detail layout with a tighter identity strip, cleaner section navigation, a home delivery summary, copy actions for customer and trade-in fields, and a docked notes composer.
- Reworked the trade-in panel into clearer vehicle, valuation, and encumbrance sections while preserving inline editing.
- Moved dashboard setup checks into a shared query so both the main dashboard and beta dashboard use the same setup-progress model.
- Improved dashboard page controls so multi-page dashboard arrows only appear while the grid is visible.
- Updated app help links to point changelog traffic to the docs site and status traffic to the public status site.
Bug fixes
- Fixed department-scoped deal access so users still retain their own deals when department mappings are incomplete or narrower than their personal assignment.
- Corrected default permission access for manager and admin roles so they can administer dealership permissions from the app.
- Prevented the Delivered system option from being deleted like a dealership-managed field option.
- Hardened custom scrollbar dragging so pointer capture and body selection state are cleaned up if focus, visibility, or pointer state changes mid-drag.
