Legal acceptance and update controls

Autopilot now tracks legal document acceptance, update notices, and administrator notifications for dealership workspaces.

New features

  • Added version-aware legal acceptance during dealership setup and invited-user onboarding.
  • Added legal update prompts for notice-only updates, personal acceptance, dealership acceptance, grace periods, and overdue access states.
  • Added an internal legal acceptance audit view with historical document, version, user, dealership, IP address, and user-agent details.
  • Added Autopilot-generated administrator notification emails when staff are blocked by an overdue dealership-level legal update.

Changes & improvements

  • Added a localhost-only dev console for previewing all legal update states with PageDown.
  • Updated legal update emails to use Autopilot's transactional email styling and link directly to the app dashboard.
  • Added 24-hour rate limiting and audit logging for repeated legal administrator notifications.
  • Hardened legal notification audit storage so it remains server-side only.
