Smart target planning and stability fixes

Smart Targets now write salesperson targets from sales history, with clearer participation controls and stability fixes from the emergency update.

New features

  • Added Smart Target planning for dealership and sales-channel targets, using completed sales history to calculate salesperson-level splits.
  • Added salesperson participation controls so occasional sellers can remain counted in dealership results without receiving an automatic Smart split share.
  • Added target participation controls for excluding people from salesperson target planning altogether when they should not carry targets.
  • Added target review reminder support so dealerships can be prompted to review monthly targets.

Changes & improvements

  • The Plan targets workflow now separates Smart split allocation from manual allocation when Smart Targets are active.
  • Smart split cells now write into the actual salesperson target fields, show Smart target when they match the calculated split, and show the suggested Smart value only after a manual override.
  • Smart split rounding now preserves the channel target totals for units, profiles, and gross profit, including an even fallback when a channel has no usable history for a metric.
  • Target settings now keep Smart split participation inside the Smart Targets section and use compact salesperson cards for participation controls.
  • The app shell, settings areas, dashboard widgets, reports, stock/profile flows, and finance views were cleaned up to remove older duplicated surfaces and keep navigation more focused.
  • Transport booking now supports deals where transport is not required.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a Supabase error-handling issue where non-string error details could stall pages instead of falling back cleanly.
  • Fixed membership/dealership preference joins used during login, onboarding, and organisation switching so those flows resolve the correct active dealership.
  • Fixed target settings saving after the member target settings table was introduced.
  • Fixed Smart Target persistence so saved Smart rows can keep following recalculated Smart values while manual overrides stay manual.
