Gross profit reporting alignment

Dashboard gross profit, daily reporting, and performance outlooks now share the same reporting rules and real historical outlook movement.

New features

  • Added a dealership calculation setting to exclude deals missing a stock price from GP reporting.
  • Added daily dashboard performance snapshots so month outlook charts can show real historical movement instead of reconstructing older days from today's deal state.

Changes & improvements

  • Aligned dashboard gross profit, projected GP, performance GP, pivot reports, and daily summary totals around the shared missing-stock-price rule.
  • Moved the missing-stock-price GP rule into Calculation settings, while the Daily Summary settings now show the current shared rule and link managers to Calculations to change it.
  • Updated the performance chart copy to describe delivery-month outlook movement and projected month GP more clearly.
  • Extended report cron work to capture dashboard performance snapshots alongside the existing daily reporting flow.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed delivery outlook history on the performance chart so enabling the missing-stock-price rule does not bring back fake historical bars.
  • Fixed dashboard/report mismatches where deals without stock price were included in one GP surface but excluded in another.
  • Preserved native text-field right-click behavior inside dialogs while still blocking stray overlay context menus.
