Better delivery review requests

Review requests can now direct customers to the right dealership or sales-channel Google Business Profile.

New features

  • Configure a dealership-wide Google Business Profile for delivery review requests, or set a different destination for each sales channel.
  • Search for and select the right Google Business Profile directly in notification settings. Autopilot builds a direct Google review link automatically, with an optional manual URL override.

Changes & improvements

  • Delivery review emails now include a clear review button and use the sales channel's destination when one is configured, otherwise the dealership default.
  • Review-request configuration is available from the delivery email settings, so teams can see which channels inherit the dealership destination.

Bug fixes

  • Customer email previews and sending flows now consistently use the configured review destination instead of a generic Google search.
