Personal write-up layouts and streamlined communication

Arrange your Full write-up, with clearer email controls and a more complete communication history.

New features

  • Personalise the Full write-up: drag cards between columns, reorder them, save the view for yourself at your dealership, or reset it to the standard layout.
  • Communication history now records dealership system and team notification emails alongside customer messages, with their delivery status.

Changes & improvements

  • Streamlined Communication around Templates, History, and Health. The legacy automation and email-queue tools have been retired.
  • Reorganised email-template settings into clearer controls and content sections, with send-mode status shown at a glance.
  • Added in-context help for email variables and made insertion follow the selected text field.
  • Managers can review the dealership-wide email history and delivery health, while other team members see their own sent messages.

Bug fixes

  • Ensured outbound dealership emails are written to communication history before delivery events arrive.
  • Added the missing production migration source for communication-history categories and history-query performance.
