Safer sharing and permission reliability
Access controls are more consistent across shared reports, invitations, customer and deal views, with reliability improvements for everyday workflows.
Changes & improvements
- Shared Daily Sales Reports now keep customer, vehicle, deal and financial details inside signed-in, permission-aware views. Shared links provide a focused sales-count snapshot.
- Organisation invitations now confirm that the inviter still has the right access when an invitation is accepted, with clearer handling when access has changed.
- Customer, deal, financial and communication views now follow assigned access more consistently across detail pages, editing, reporting and Companion.
- Task items and Companion summaries now reflect active dealership membership more promptly.
Bug fixes
- Improved access-code reliability for shared Daily Sales Reports, including consistent handling when several attempts happen at once.
- Deal editing now preserves values that a user cannot view or change while still allowing their permitted updates.
- Reconditioning costs, promotions and related deal values now remain aligned with each user’s field access.
