Date formats, faster Sales Log, and refreshed app chrome
Dealership date-format settings now flow across the app, Sales Log interaction work is sharper, and the top app header has been refined to match the bottom dock.
Changes & improvements
This release is about consistency and feel: dates now follow each dealership's chosen display format, the Sales Log work from today is reflected in the release notes, and the app shell has had another polish pass.
Dealership date formats
Dealerships can now choose their display date format in Settings -> Dealership -> General.
The options are New Zealand, United States, and ISO. Stored dates still use the same underlying database format; this setting only changes how dates are shown to users.
The selected format now flows through dashboard widgets, Sales Log, reports, calendar, messages, customer and deal history, stock workbenches, shared reports, live links, and printed write-up sheets.
Sales Log interaction and performance polish
Sales Log period headers, empty states, date grouping, date filters, filter chips, and date pickers now follow the dealership date format.
Today's Sales Log interaction work also restores body gridlines, adds a clearer keyboard focus outline, tightens column and filter handling, and keeps the performance logging path available for diagnosing heavier tables.
Dashboard and reports now speak the same date language
Dashboard action items, recent deals, tasks, messages, calendar, GP overrides, comments, performance charts, and header chips now share the same date-format path.
Projected GP and the Daily Sales Report also use the dealership date setting, including the shared/public report routes.
App chrome refinement
The top app header has been refined to sit closer to the visual language of the bottom dock.
It now uses a stronger glass rail, separate frosted capsules for the greeting and tool cluster, a larger round logo mark, and a more deliberate search/control surface.
Shared date rendering
Autopilot now has one shared date-format helper and client hook for app date rendering.
That removes many one-off en-NZ formatting calls and gives future date surfaces a single source of truth.
