Live rankings of your team. Filter by period, channel, and what counts.
The leaderboard ranks your team by performance. Live, filtered by period and channel, with multiple ways to slice the rankings.

Periods
Switch between:
- Today — deals written today.
- This week — Mon–Sun this week.
- This month — calendar month.
- Year-to-date — Jan 1 to today.
- All time — everything in the system.
- Custom range — pick any two dates.
The default period is set per dealership in Settings → Dealership → Leaderboard.
What's measured
Use Basis to choose which date decides whether a deal belongs in the current view:
- Deals logged — uses the deal/write-up date.
- Estimated delivery — uses the estimated delivery date.
The leaderboard shows three numbers per person:
- Deal count — number of deals signed in the period.
- Gross profit — GP ex-GST across those deals, shown only to people with financial visibility.
- Delivered count — how many of those deals have actually delivered.
It also shows their target progress if a target is set for the active month. When you filter to one sales channel, the target comparison narrows to that same sales channel.
Channel filter
Filter to one sales channel (New Cars, Used Cars, Wholesale, etc.) or "All channels". Useful for "who's the top Used Cars salesperson this quarter?".
Visibility — who sees the leaderboard
Three modes, set by an owner or manager in Settings → Dealership → Leaderboard:
- Everyone — every team member sees the leaderboard, including their own and others' rankings.
- Managers only — salespeople can't open it at all.
- Selected salespeople — managers always see it; salespeople only see it if explicitly granted access.
Pick the mode that matches your culture. "Everyone" is energising for some teams, demotivating for others — read your floor.
The TV display
There's a separate fullscreen leaderboard for an office TV or monitor. See Leaderboard TV display for the setup.
Your own position
If the leaderboard is set to "Everyone" and you're a salesperson, your row is highlighted. You can see who's ahead and behind you at a glance — without pretending you're not looking.
Click someone's name
Click any name to jump to their targets page (managers) or their public profile (salespeople). Useful for "John's #1 again — what's his target set to?".
