The reports gallery
47 team reports + 17 personal reports, organised by category. Pin your favourites.
Autopilot ships with 47 team reports and 17 personal reports out of the box — all wired to your live data, all runnable in one click, all exportable to CSV.

Team vs personal
The gallery has two scopes:
- For my team — dealership-wide reports. What managers and owners use.
- For me — personal reports scoped to your own deals. What salespeople use.
The toggle is at the top of the gallery. Salespeople default to "For me"; managers default to "For my team".
The 8 categories
- Sales — volume, velocity, daily activity.
- Profitability — gross profit, margin, profit per deal.
- Pipeline — funnel, conversion rates, stuck deals.
- Targets — actual vs target, attainment by salesperson.
- Finance — finance penetration, approval times, lender mix.
- Customers — repeat buyers, lead sources, customer demographics.
- Activity — write-up rate, signature speed, deal-cycle time.
- Custom — anything you've built yourself with the report builder.
Pinning
Click the pin icon on any report card to add it to your Pinned strip at the top of the gallery. Pins are per-user — what you pin doesn't affect anyone else.
Useful for the 3–5 reports you actually open every week.
Searching
The search box filters report titles and descriptions. If you can't remember the exact name of "the one that shows finance penetration by month", search "finance" — it'll surface every related report.
Running a report
Click any card. The report runner opens with:
- The chart at the top.
- A KPI strip with the headline numbers.
- A sortable table below.
- A date-range picker (presets like "Last 30 days" plus custom from/to).
- An export button.
- A schedule button (set up email delivery — see Scheduling reports).
- A share button (one-off email send to teammates).
Most reports default to a 30-day window. Change the date range and the chart + table + KPIs all update live.
Saved variations
If you tweak a report's filters and want to reuse that exact configuration, click Save as new and give it a name. Saved reports appear in your gallery alongside the presets, with the same pin/edit/share affordances.
Sharing a report
Three ways to get a report to a colleague:
- Copy link — just URL it. Opens for them with the same date range.
- Send by email — one-off. They get the chart and KPIs in the email plus a link to the live report.
- Schedule — recurring delivery (daily / weekly / monthly). See Scheduling reports.
What you can't do (yet)
- Cross-dealership reports for org admins — coming.
- Real-time alerts on report values ("ping me if margin drops below X") — not yet, but planned.
